Festival of Lights - The Mine Hill Recreation Commission invites you to participate in the 2010 Festival of Lights. Celebrate the holiday season with bright lights, festive yard decorations, and receive a cash prize for it. $175 for the Best of Show, $150 for home Most Traditionally Decorated, $75 for the second runnerup and $50 for the third runnerup. Register by December 9th at the Civic Center. Last year's winners are not eligible for a prize but are encouraged to decorate anyway! We will be driving through the neighborhoods on December 10th beginning at 6 p.m. Good luck!
