RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE FOR THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL, TOWNSHIP OF MINE HILL, MORRIS COUNTY - NEW JERSEY - 2008

BE IT RESOLVED by the Mine Hill Township Council, in the County of Morris, State of New Jersey, in accordance with the "Open Public Meetings Act: R.S, 10:4-6" and following:

1.        During the Calendar Year 2008 Regular Public Meetings will be held on the fast and third Thursdays of the month. During the Calendar Year 2008 workshop meetings will be scheduled on an as-needed basis. All meetings will be held at the Municipal Building, 10 Baker Street, Mine Hill Township beginning at 7:30 P.M. prevailing time. All meetings are scheduled to terminate no later than 11:00 P.M. however if an agenda is not completed and it is deemed necessary, the meeting may be continued to the following evening (Friday), said meeting to begin at 7:30 P.M. prevailing time at the Municipal Building, 10 Baker Street, Mine Hill Township. The dates of the scheduled meetings are as follows:

2.        Certified copies of this resolution shall be mailed io the Daily Record and Star Ledger; posted in the main hallway of the Municipal Building, 10 Baker Street, Mine Hill Township; be filed with the Clerk of the Township of Mine Hill; and be provided to any person who has paid the required fee therefore (Pursuant to R S. 10:4-19). The Foregoing shall be accomplished within seven (7) days of the adoption of this resolution. The Clerk shall cause the schedule of meeting dates, the time and place of said scheduled meetings to be published in the Daily Record.

In the event the foregoing schedule of regular public meetings of the Township Council is hereafter revised, the Clerk is hereby directed within seven (7) days following such revision to mail, file and post notice thereof in the same manner as provided herein with respect to this resolution.
