The Clerk's Office is here to assist you with the following:

Certified Birth Certificates, Certified Death Certificates, Certified Marriage Certificates, Marriage Licenses, Dog & Cat Licenses, Raffle Licenses, Liquor Licenses, Road Opening Permits, Tree Cutting Permits, Septic Permits, Smoke Detector & Carbon Monoxide Inspections, Food Handler's Licenses, Beach & Boating Tags, Appliance Pick-Up Tags, Solid Waste Pick-Up questions, Health Service Questions, Garage Sale Permits, OPRA Requests.

Voter Registration - If you are not a registered voter, please remember to register NOW so you will be eligible to vote in the upcoming election. You must register to vote at least 30 days prior to Election Day.

Polling Location - The polls are located in the Civic Center here at the Township Municipal Complex.

Garbage Pick-Up - All garbage, recyclable materials and bulk pick-up items must be at the curb no later than 6:30AM on the scheduled pick-up day.

Smoke Detector Inspections - The paperwork for a Smoke Detector Inspection must be completed at least two weeks prior to the sale closing on the house in order to allow enough time for the inspector to schedule an inspection and reinspection if necessary.

Please Note:

1) Dog Licenses were due by January 1, 2008 and there is a late fee of $3.00 - plus the possibility of a fine from our Animal Control Officer.

2) Cat licenses were due by March 1, 2008 and there is a late fee of $1.00 per month, plus the possibility of a fine from our Animal Control Officer.

3) Mine Hill sponsors an annual rabies clinic - watch the Bulletins section of our home page for the 2009 date and time.

4) All Garage Sales require a permit which can be obtained in this office for a fee of $2.00 prior to the date of the sale. Failure to purchase a license can result in a $500 fine.
