Special Budget Meeting

At the Town Council's special budget workshop one resident pointed out that the administration, while taking the steps to inform the public about our loss of state aid, failed to direct residents on whom to contact to voice our displeasure and effect change.

Should you wish to send a letter to your representatives protesting the elimination of aid to municipalities with less than 5,000 residents, they are:

Senator Anthony Bucco, 75 Bloomfield Avenue - 3rd Floor, Denville, NJ  07834 or senbucco@njleg.org

Assemblyman Michael Carroll, 20 South Street - Suite 2B, Morristown, NJ 07960 or asmcarroll@njleg.org

Assemblyman Rick Merkt, 12 Old Brookside Road, Randolph, NJ 07869 or asmerkt@njleg.org

Should you wish to ask for the continued assistance in moving the reimbursement of our $800,000 Forest Legacy

Grant for the acquisition of the Canfield Property along, contact:

Congressman Rodney P. Frelinghuysen, 2442 Rayburn House Office Bldg., Washington, DC20515-3011
