*RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE * *TOWNSHIP OF MINE HILL IN THE COUNTY OF* *MORRIS, NEW JERSEY, ESTABLISHING REGULAR* * MEETING SCHEDULE FOR THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT* *DURING 2008*

WHEREAS, *the "Open Public Meeting Act," R.S. 10:4-6 and the following require that the public bodies provide adequate notice of meetin*g,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED*, by the Board of Adjustment of the Township of Mine Hill, in the County of Morris, New Jersey as follows:

1.         During the calendar year 2008 regular public meetings will be held by the Board of Adjustment at 7:30 p.m. prevailing time and adjourning at 10:30 p.m. with unfinished business being carried until the next regular meeting unless the Board votes a delay or publishes notice of a Special Hearing for such, at the Municipal Building, 10 Baker Street, Mine Hill, New Jersey on the following dates:

January 24, 2008 - Reorganization

February 28, 2008 March 18, 2008

April 15, 2008

May 20, 2008

June 17, 2008

July 15, 2008

August 19, 2008 September 16, 2008 October 21, 2008_, November 18 , 2008 December 11, 2008

January 20, 2009 - Reorganization

2.         Certified copies of this resolution shall be (a) mailed to the Daily Record (b) filed with the Clerk of Mine Hill Township, (c) filed on the bulletin board in the main hallway of the Municipal Building, and (d) a board pursuant to R.S. 10:4-9 who has paid the required fee therefore. The foregoing shall be accomplished within seven (7) days of the adoption of this resolution.

3.         In the event that the foregoing schedule of regular public meetings of the Board of Adjustment is hereinafter revised, the Secretary is hereby directed within seven (7) days following such revision to mail, file and post notice thereof in the same manner as provided therein with respect to this resolution
